• One-Year Warranty Watches: Both servicing and logistics are free of cost within the first year of ownership. After one year, standard servicing and logistics charges will apply.
2. Parts & Repairs
• Any damage or breakage to external parts (such as crystal, case, crown, bracelet, strap, or clasp) is not covered under warranty.
• In such cases, repair or replacement charges will apply, depending on the extent of damage.
3. Packaging & Transit
• Customers are required to send their watch in its original box or secure protective packaging to ensure safe transit.
• The same box will be used to return the watch after servicing.
• Please note that Argos cannot be held responsible for any transit damage caused due to inadequate or improper packaging.

I was happy with how the watch felt and the look.
It had been just 5 days since receiving the watch.
I had the watch on my wrist and next thing I noticed is the minute hand broke off and was just moving around.
The customer support from argos was on point. They have initiated the replacement. They even offered to give me a diff strap(not that it matters). It's just frustrating cuz I will have to wait for @15 days for a new timepiece and festival season without the watch.
It had been just 5 days and it broke down😭😭😭😭. How do I trust the build quality.

My order ID is #ARG8275. I was initially happy with the product when I received it, but over time, the quality turned out to be extremely disappointing. Within just one year, the strap quality degraded drastically. The leather didn’t age gracefully as expected it degraded badly, which is not acceptable for a premium watch.
What’s worse, the watch needs a glass replacement now, and I had no choice but to repair it because this was a gift from someone special. I reached out for support and asked for a quotation for glass replacement and adding a chain strap still i didn't heard back from Argos.overall, I am not satisfied with Argo’s quality.
If you are considering buying this product, think twice. For the price, you expect durability and long-lasting quality, but that’s not what you get here. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
