To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, which is sent to you via email.
Valid Reasons for Return or ReplacementReturns and refunds are accepted only for:
- Manufacturing defect — a verifiable fault in materials or craftsmanship that was present at the time of delivery.
- Damage during transit — physical damage to the product that occurred during shipping, supported by photographic or video evidence.

Incorrect product delivered — the product received does not match the item ordered in terms of model, variant, or specification.
Please note: In the case of a manufacturing defect or transit damage, we offer a replacement only — no exchange for a different model or variant will be provided.
Important Points to Note While Requesting a Return or Replacement
- Accessories are non-refundable.
- Items eligible for return or replacement must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging.
- Watches that have been worn extensively or have scratches on the bracelet and case do not qualify for return or replacement.
- Refunds will only be processed after we receive the watch.
- The wooden box that the watch originally comes with must also be intact when it reaches us in the case of a refund. If it is not, an amount will be deducted from your refund. We kindly request that you pack both the watch and the box carefully with bubble wrap.
- The refund or replacement will only be processed after the order passes the Quality Check at our facility upon receipt.
Snapmint EMI Orders:
For orders placed using Snapmint EMI as the payment method, an 8% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount in case of a return or cancellation. This fee is charged by the financing partner and is non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unboxing Video is Compulsory:
Important: Please Record Unboxing Video When You Receive Your Watch
To avoid any confusion or issues like damage, missing item, or theft, we request all customers to make a video while opening the package.
What to show in the video:
- The full unboxing from the beginning - do not open the box before recording
- Outer packaging and shipping label
- Watch and all items inside the box
- The video must be taken without any cuts or pause, and everything should be clearly visible.
- Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to accept any complaint or claim for damage, missing product, or any issue.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Partial COD (Cash on Delivery):
Please note that any amount paid towards Partial COD (Cash on Delivery) orders is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Sale Period Return and Exchange Policy
Effective from 24th September 2025, all merchandise purchased during any promotional or sale period shall be deemed final sale. Accordingly, such items shall not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances. By completing a purchase during the aforementioned period, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms in full.
European union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
