 • Lifetime Warranty Watches: All movement-related issues will be serviced free of cost. After the first year of ownership, a nominal one-way logistics charge will apply.
 • One-Year Warranty Watches: Both servicing and logistics are free of cost within the first year of ownership. After one year, standard servicing and logistics charges will apply.

2. Parts & Repairs

 • Any damage or breakage to external parts (such as crystal, Hands, case, crown, bracelet, strap, or clasp) is not covered under warranty.
 • In such cases, repair or replacement charges will apply, depending on the extent of damage.

3. Packaging & Transit

 • Customers are required to send their watch in its original box or secure protective packaging to ensure safe transit.
 • The same box will be used to return the watch after servicing.
 • Please note that Argos cannot be held responsible for any transit damage caused due to inadequate or improper packaging.

Your Argos watch is a precision instrument and contains delicate components.
It is advisable not to subject it to severe impact, rough usage and exposure to
