Argos Watch Pickup & Return Guidelines
At Argos, we ensure a smooth and transparent return, replacement, and service experience. Please carefully follow the guidelines below to avoid delays, damages, or deductions during Quality Check (QC).
Packaging Instructions (Mandatory)
To ensure safe transit and eligibility for refund/replacement:
- Use a strong, unused cardboard box (do not use damaged/reused packaging)
- Place the watch inside its original Argos wooden box
- Wrap the watch securely using bubble wrap or foam padding
- Fill empty spaces with cushioning material to prevent movement
- Seal the package properly using high-quality tape on all sides
- Take clear photos of the watch, packaging, and sealed box before handover
Note: The same box will be used for return shipment. Any damage due to poor packaging may not be covered.
Quality Check (QC) Process
- All returned products undergo a strict QC within 2–3 business days
- QC verifies:
- Product is unused and unworn
- All tags, accessories, and documents are intact
- The unboxing video may be requested for verification
Refunds or replacements are processed only after successful QC approval
Refund / Replacement Policy
- Applicable only if the product is:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Complete with all items
- In case of:
- Damage
- Missing items
- Signs of usage
Deductions may apply as per policy
- Post QC approval:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Replacement dispatch is initiated accordingly
Repair & Service Policy
- Watches sent for repair will be held at our Service Center for 10–15 days
- Process includes:
- Inspection
- Repair / part replacement
- Final QC
Dispatch details will be shared after completion
Pickup & Courier Guidelines
- Hand over the package only to the assigned courier partner
- Verify the AWB number before dispatch
- Argos is not responsible for:
- Incorrect handover
- Unauthorized courier usage
