These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Argos's website, located at www.argoswatch.in.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use www.argoswatch.in if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these terms and conditions, privacy statement and disclaimer notice and all agreements: "client", "you" and "your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the company’s terms and conditions. "the company", "ourselves", "we", "our" and "us", refers to our company. "party", "parties", or "us", refers to both the client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the client’s needs in respect of provision of the company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

This policy is governed by, and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with Indian Law and the courts of Surat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

 

International Warranty Certificate - Apollo III

 Dear Customer,

Congratulations. You are now the proud owner Of the Argos Apollo Ill. Welcome to the World of Argos Watches.

This certificate ensures your warranty for a period of One Year (Twelve Months) from the date of purchase (unless you have opted for Lifetime Warranty).
During the warranty period, you will have the right to have manufacturing defects repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your watch, Argos Watches guarantees its replacement or repair.

Lifetime Warranty:

We are delighted to offer you the choice to purchase a Lifetime Warranty for your watch. This warranty covers the watch movement for its entire lifespan, reaffirming our commitment to delivering enduring quality timepieces. Please note that the Lifetime Warranty must be purchased separately. You can purchase it for the amount listed on the product page on the website.

It is also to be noted that return shipping will be borne by the customer and not by Argos Watches.

In addition to the Lifetime Service Warranty on the movement, please find below our general warranty terms:

Lifetime Service Warranty on Watch Movement: We guarantee the proper functioning of the watch movement for the entire life of the watch, provided it has been used under normal conditions and in accordance with our care guidelines.

One-Year Limited Warranty on Other Components: This warranty covers the watch's components, excluding the movement, for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If any defects in materials or workmanship arise during this period, we will repair or replace the watch at no cost to you.

Water Resistance: Please note that water resistance is not covered under warranty unless explicitly specified for your watch model.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by improper usage or neglect.
It is also to be noted that return shipping will be borne by the customer and not by Argos Watches (after the initial 12 month period is over).

In addition to the Lifetime Service Warranty on the movement, please find below our general warranty terms:

One-Year Limited Warranty on Other Components: This warranty covers the watch's components, excluding the movement, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If any defects in materials or workmanship arise during this period, we will repair or replace the watch at no cost to you.

Water Resistance: Please note that this watch is water resistant and not waterproof.

The Apollo III is water resistant upto 3ATM.

3 ATM = limited waterproof, splash-proof: The watch is protected from splashes such as rain, must not be immersed in water, and must not be used in swimming or sauna.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by improper usage or neglect.
