Fill up all the details correctly and we will process your refund.
Details like Name, Email, Phone number etc. should be filled up as per the invoice that was shared to you on your registered Email address.
Here's a short summary of our refund policy:

- Items available for returns (and refunds) must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging.
- Watches that have been worn extensively or have scratches on the bracelet and case do not qualify for exchange or return.
- If the wooden box (That the Apollo II originally came with) is damaged upon receipt, money will be deducted from your refund amount. It is our humble request for you to pack the box properly.
- The refund will only be processed after the package passes the Quality Check at our facility upon receipt.
