I had ordered my Apollo 3 along with an Oyster Card Bracelet as a bundle on 3rd August, 2025. At the time of shipping, I was informed that only the watch would be shipped immediately and the bracelet would follow by the end of the month. I agreed, expecting timely delivery.
It has now been two months, and I am still waiting for the bracelet to arrive. I have been following up with your team consistently on WhatsApp. On 7th September, after a month’s delay, one of your team members informed me that the bracelet had been shipped. However, I never received it. When I raised this again, I was told that the delay was “due to quality reasons.”
This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. My main concerns are:
1. Why was I allowed to order the bracelet in the first place if it was out of stock?
2. Why was I provided with contradictory updates? First told it was shipped, then told it was delayed due to quality issues.
3. Why was there no proactive communication from your side? I had to keep chasing your team for answers.
One of your responses mentioned:
> “When you placed the order, we did have some pieces left. However, your and some other orders were placed later, and by then all Oyster Bracelets were shipped. Some customers agreed to switch to a Silver Jubilee bracelet or take a refund.”
If this was the case, I should have been informed right away instead of being misled for two months.
This order was meant to be a gift for a close friend who was leaving the country on 26th September. Because of your delay and poor handling, I had no choice but to purchase a Titan Automatic watch instead. This ruined both the timeline and the thought I had planned for the gift.
As a customer, this is highly unacceptable and extremely discouraging. The lack of transparency, delayed responses, and contradictory updates have destroyed my trust in your brand. I will not be ordering from your company again.
At this point, I request an immediate refund for the Oyster Bracelet.
